Our small group Personal Training sessions mean that we can offer our undivided attention to your own personal needs.
This is why our small group sessions never exceed 15 people per class.
Our classes are so versatile, we have students of all ages and fitness levels who participate. Whether you’re a mum, dad, grandparent, currently pregnant or post-natal – we can assist you to achieve your goals. We are also able to help you on your journey to recovery post-injury within one of our intimate group sessions.
Due to the small nature of these classes, they are absolutely perfect for individuals who are often anxious in public settings. We always want our students to feel comfortable when they are training so we accommodate for all circumstances in order to focus on your personal goals.
