The team at Back to Basics 4 Life Fitness are committed to educating and assisting our local community on how to better their fitness and focus on a healthy mindset.
We are so passionate about our community, we endeavour to facilitate FREE community fitness events, to teach others how to live a healthy lifestyle, with a focus on eating right and consistent exercise.
If you’re a not-for-profit organisation, we’re keen to hear from you so we can discuss possible ways to collaborate. We’re happy to conduct in-person seminars, training sessions, workshops and hold information stalls at your next event. We’re passionate about mental health, healthy eating and fitness, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge for the benefit of your next fundraiser.
Back to Basics 4 Life Fitness are located within the Nillumbik Shire Council district however we are happy to work outside the scope of this community for the right organisation.

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION – NDIS
We are committed to supporting our NDIS participants with our community-based activities. At Back To Basics 4 Life Fitness, we aim to build your skills so you can engage in events within our community such as social outings, holidays and camps.
