Sarah has been training with me for just over 2 years she has lost 30 kilos since her Fitness journey with back to basics 4 Life fitness. We were able to tailor a nutritional program according to her busy life schedule. She has done such an amazing job and has still got a long way to go to reach her final goal. Well done Sarah!
