Nicola was a busy mum of one – little Evelyn, who was only one year old when Nicola first came to us. Specialising in pre and post-natal pregnancy, we helped Nicola get on track with her fitness goals. Nicola became pregnant again when Evelyn turned two, and she trained with us, right through her second pregnancy until she reached 37 weeks. Evelyn now has a little sister, Claire, and Nicola was right back training with us seven weeks after giving birth. We are so happy that we were able to assist Nicola on her fitness journey right throughout her pregnancy, to ensure she maintained her health and mental stamina.
Have been training with Shadi for about two years and it’s been fantastic. Trained right through my second pregnancy, she really motivated me and was great with my first daughter. Anyone wanting to get fit and has kids Shadi has the perfect gym for it.
