Alex came to us wanting to tone her body and eat a more healthy diet. We customised her meal plan so she could eat more than she previously did, and this allowed us to push her hard in her weight training. The plan we offered her fit within her daily routine and lifestyle – and she couldn’t believe the comments she was receiving from friends and family about the positive changes they noticed to her body shape and overall health.
