Size: Fabric Booty & Arm Resistance Bands – 3.15 inches (8cm) wide and 30 inches (76cm) in diameter. Long body bands – 1.57 inches (4cm) wide, 42 inches (106cm) diameter). Fits whether you are size 0 or 30.
Strength: Light, Medium & Heavy Band Included.
Fabric: Breathable soft cotton fabric (not rubber) woven with elastic strands. Latex inner grip strips prevent rolling.

I love this product! I had a bit of a bad experience with resistance bands in the past, so I wasn’t overly optimistic about ordering these, but I was truly surprised! These are analogous to high-quality gym resistance bands. I’ve never been concerned about breaking them or ruining the integrity of the elasticity—it’s truly the whole package.
