  • One hour Personal Training session
  • One hour consultation with your trainer to discuss your goals and complete a medical clearance.
  • Personalised nutrition plans catered to your goals
  • Training program (if requested) excluding personal training sessions
  • Re-assessments to track your progress
  • Kid-zone friendly – mums are more than welcome to bring their bubs so they can train while children play in our fun kids area.
  • Male and Female Personal Trainers available.
  • Optional – 2 on 1 Personal Training if you would like to combine your session with another client. For more information, enquire below.
